🔹 Responsibilities:
Manage and guide promoter team
Monitor daily field activities and reports
Ensure onboarding targets are achieved
Verify and approve service provider listings
Train and motivate team members
Maintain quality and performance standards
🔹 Eligibility Criteria:
Minimum Graduate (Any Stream)
1–3 years experience in sales / field work
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to manage team and targets
Basic knowledge of smartphone & apps
