Parbhani City Services is a local business and service provider directory that helps users discover businesses, professionals, and service providers.
Businesses and service providers can register and purchase listing plans to have their profile published on the platform.
Businesses/service providers must provide accurate and complete information during registration.
Information submitted for verification may be reviewed before a listing is published.
We reserve the right to reject, suspend, modify, or remove a listing if the information provided is inaccurate, misleading, incomplete, fraudulent, or violates our policies.
The customer is responsible for keeping their business information accurate and up to date.
Listing plans are available according to the plans and prices displayed on our platform.
Subscription charges must be paid through the available payment methods.
A subscription becomes active after successful payment and verification, where applicable.
Subscription benefits are provided according to the plan purchased.
Prices and plan features may be changed for future purchases. Existing active subscriptions will be governed by the terms applicable at the time of purchase unless otherwise stated.
Parbhani City Services may verify submitted business information before publishing a listing.
Verification does not constitute an endorsement, certification, guarantee, or recommendation of the business or service provider.
Customers must not:
Submit false or misleading information.
Use another person's identity or business information without authorization.
Upload unlawful, offensive, fraudulent, or infringing content.
Use the platform for activities that violate applicable laws.
The customer grants Parbhani City Services permission to display the business information, photographs, contact details, and other content submitted for the purpose of providing the listing service.
The customer confirms that they have the necessary rights and permissions to submit such content.
We reserve the right to suspend or remove a listing if:
The information is found to be fraudulent or misleading.
The customer violates these Terms & Conditions.
The listing is involved in unlawful activity.
Required payment has not been completed.
The listing creates a risk to users, the platform, or our business.
Removal due to violation of these terms does not automatically entitle the customer to a refund.
Parbhani City Services provides a directory and listing platform. We do not guarantee the quality, availability, pricing, performance, or conduct of any listed business or service provider.
Any transaction, service, agreement, or dispute between a user and a listed business/service provider is the responsibility of the respective parties.
All refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.
Please review the Refund Policy before purchasing a subscription.
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Updated terms will be published on this page.
